UN PROCESO PARA LA SINTESIS DE UREA PARTIENDO DE AMONIACO Y DIOXIDO DE CARBONO, COMPRENDE UN PASO DE REACCION LLEVADO A CABO EN AL MENOS DOS ZONAS DE OPERACION DISTINTAS BASICAMENTE A LA MISMA PRESION, PERO TENIENDO UNA TEMPERATURA DE OPERACION DISTINTA, SIENDO LA DIFERENCIA PREFERIBLEMENTE ENTRE 5 Y 60 (GRADOS) C, Y LOS SUBSECUENTES PASOS DE SEPARACION DE REACTIVOS NO TRANSFORMADOS, EN DONDE UNA CORRIENTE GASEOSA ES TRANSFERIDA DE LA PRIMERA ZONA, A UNA MAYOR TEMPERATURA, A LA SEGUNDA ZONA, A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR, Y UNA CORRIENTE LIQUIDA, QUE CONTIENE UREA Y/O CARBAMATO AMONICO, ES TRANSFERIDO DE LA SEGUNDA ZONA A LA PRIMERA, ASI QUE DICHA CORRIENTE GASEOSA TIENE PREFERIBLEMENTE AL MENOS UN 5 % EN PESO RESPECTO A LA CORRIENTE EFLUENTE DE LA PRIMERA ZONA PARA LOS SUBSECUENTES PASOS DE SEPARACION.
