Abstract

Conjunto de espejo de pivote único para la instalación en el exterior de un vehículo motor que tiene un receptor de señal remoto para ser utilizado en colaboración con un transmisor remoto portado por un operador de un vehículo, el receptor remoto actúa sobre las cerraduras de la puerta de un vehículo o el encendido del motor de un vehículo en respuesta a la actuación sobre el transmisor, constando dicho conjunto de: una carcasa de espejo; un mecanismo de ajuste de espejo accionado eléctricamente montado en el interior de dicha carcasa; cableado electroconductor adaptado para ser operativamente conectado entre dicho mecanismo de ajuste y una fuente de suministro de energía eléctrica y una fuente de señales de control dentro del vehículo; una estructura de apoyo construida y dispuesta para estar montada solidariamente al exterior del vehículo motor próxima a la puerta del conductor o del pasajero; un espejo reflector posicionado para orientarse en general hacia su parte posterior con respecto al vehículo, para así reflejar los objetos situados por detrás del vehículo dentro del compartimento del pasajero del vehículo cuando dicha estructura de apoyo es montada solidariamente en el exterior del vehículo, dicho mecanismo de ajuste está construido y dispuesto para posicionar selectivamente dicho espejo con respecto a dicha carcasa en respuesta a una señal de control transmitida desde al fuente de señales de control a través de dicho cableado electroconductor; dicha carcasa de espejo se monta pivotante en dicha estructura de apoyo para un movimiento pivotante según un eje de pivotaje que se extiende en general verticalmente, dicha carcasa y dicha estructura de apoyo proporcionan una cooperación estructural para definir un conjunto pivotante graduado; dicho conjunto pivotante graduado proporcionando estructuras de cooperación acopladas unas con otras para mantener casi sin oposición a dicha carcasa en una posición angular fija con respecto a dicho eje de pivotaje en ausencia de unafuerza de impacto de la suficiente magnitud aplicada a dicha carcasa, dichas estructuras de cooperación están construidas y dispuestas para moverse casi sin oposición y desacoplarse unas de las otras como resultado de una fuerza de impacto de la suficiente magnitud aplicadas a dicha carcasa para permitir a dicha carcasa pivotar en la dirección de la fuerza de impacto aplicada, caracterizada porque dicha estructura de apoyo tiene una abertura del acceso para el paso de cable posicionada y configurada para orientarse en general hacia abajo cuando ducho conjunto de espejo está montado en el exterior del vehículo, dicha apertura de acceso siendo posicionada y configura para proporcionar acceso a dicho pasillo de recepción para así facilitar el paso de dicho cableado a través de dicho pasillo de recepción del cable para así permitir que dicho cableado esté conectado entre dicho mecanismo de ajuste y la fuente de suministro de energía eléctrica y la fuente de señales de control cuando dicha abertura de acceso es abierta; un conjunto de alumbrado construido y dispuesto para ser montado en dicha estructura de apoyo para así cerrar dicha abertura de acceso de cable después de que un instalador haya pasado dicho cableado a través de dicho pasillo de recepción, dicho conjunto de alumbrado tiene elementos de emisión de luz accionables para emitir luz desde los mismos y para ser operativamente conectados al receptor de señal remoto del vehículo cuando dicha estructura de apoyo esta montada solidariamente al exterior del vehículo de manera que el accionamiento del transmisor remoto señalará al receptor remoto para provocar que dichos elementos de emisión de luz emitan luz en general hacia abajo desde dicha estructura de apoyo hacia el suelo para así proporcionar una zona luminosa de seguridad adyacente a la puerta del vehículo.
