Abstract

Teja extruida de estructura celular. Consiste en una teja con dos cuerpos, el primero y superior para la función típica de una teja, para lo que cuenta con sistemas de solape, y otro inferior, estructural. Su primera característica es la de tener el cuerpo superior formado, de manera parcial o total, por dos láminas superpuestas, dejando un espacio entre ambas láminas a modo de tiro de aire por donde éste fluye hasta el interior de las cámaras formadas por el cuerpo estructural de la teja, con lo que se provoca la ventilación del tejado. Las dos láminas que dan forma al cuerpo superior dotan a éste de su propia estructura, con lo que los solapes tiene una gran resistencia, pudiéndose encontrar al nivel de la base de la teja. Se han previsto sistemas propios de impermeabilización y solape, así como un elemento específico de aislamiento.
