Abstract

Sistema automático de dosificación homogénea de sulfuroso en bodegas. Un ordenador (1), provisto de un software según el cual para cada grado de podredumbre de la uva se establece una cantidad en mililitros por segundo de sulfuroso por cada kilogramo de uva por segundo introducida en el correspondiente depósito, recibe información (2) de dicho nivel de podredumbre, introducida manualmente por el operario en cada partida de uva, y recibe a su vez información permanente de una báscula (4) que controla, instantáneamente la cantidad de uva, en kilogramos/segundo, que están entrando en dicho depósito, de manera que en función de estas variables genera una señal de gobierno para la bomba digital (5) que establece el caudal de sulfuroso portado a la uva, controlado por un caudalímetro (6) que permite confirmar las consignas de dosificación. El proceso es visualizado en una pantalla (7) y almacenable en un archivo de históricos (8), donde se acumulan datos correspondientes a todas y cada una de laspartidas de uva.
