Abstract
Un método en la sección secadora o similar de una máquina papelera o similar, tal como una máquina de fabricación de cartón o una máquina de acabado, en cuyo método la banda es transportada, soportada por un tejido de soporte tal como un tamiz o un fieltro, sobre un cilindro, tal como un cilindro de secado, un rodillo o similar, entre el cilindro y el tejido de soporte, soportada por el tejido de soporte, la banda es guiada desde una línea de contacto (lcon) practicable entre el cilindro y el tejido de soporte hacia un rodillo, tal como un rodillo de succión, un rodillo de retorno, un rodillo de guía de tamiz, un segundo cilindro o similar, y en el cual el tramo de la banda, desde la línea de contacto practicable hacia dicho rodillo, es soportado por una presión negativa creada en el lado del tamiz opuesto a la banda, siendo más alta la presión negativa en una denominada región de presión negativa intensificada, es decir, próxima al punto de desacoplamiento entre el tejido de soporte y el cilindro, que la presión negativa en una denominada región de presión negativa menor, es decir, a cierta distancia de este punto de desacoplamiento, caracterizado porque la presión negativa plcon es controlada en dicha región de presión negativa intensicada según uno o más parámetros que actúan sobre la capacidad de marcha de la banda y que pueden variarse o que varían durante el funcionamiento, tales como la velocidad de la banda, el contenido sólido de la banda, la composición de la pasta que se está utilizando, la calidad del papel o cartulina que se está produciendo, el gramaje de la banda, una característica de la banda, tal como la porosidad, la tracción que actúa en la banda, o la tensión de la banda, la temperatura del cilindro, y/o lasituación de funcionamiento, tal como una rotura de la banda, una situación de enlado o una marcha normal, de modo que se mantiene una capacidad de marcha deseada entre el cilindro y el rodillo.
