Consiste en una bebida refrescante y alimenticia que aprovecha los nutrientes y grasas vegetales de las almendras y pepitas de melón que entran en su composición, y que le dan el sabor característico de las semillas del melón verde español. Dicha bebida tiene aspecto lechoso y se ha de mantener en frío o granizada para garantizar una buena conservación así como para aprovechar mejor las características organolecticas del producto.
