Abstract

Aparato de filtración para la eliminación de material en partículas del gas caliente mediante el contacto de dicho gas caliente con material de filtración granular, dicho aparato siendo del tipo provisto de una cámara de filtración que contiene material de filtración granular y provista de una parte inferior cónica que comprende por lo menos un tubo de entrada para alimentar en el interior los gases calientes que van a ser filtrados y por lo menos un tubo de salida para extraer el gascaliente filtrado, caracterizado porque la mejora consiste en una unidad de filtración montada en la cámara de filtración por encima de cada tubo de entrada, dicha unidad de filtración comprendiendo: un primer elemento tubular montado por encima de los tubos de entrada de forma que se evita que material granular entre o bloquee dichos tubos de entrada; un segundo elemento tubular provisto de un extremo del fondo y un extremo superior, dicho segundo elemento tubular estando montado esencialmente en una relacióncoaxial y separado por encima de dicho primer elemento tubular; por lo que, durante el funcionamiento, el material de filtración es sifonado hacia arriba y fluidizado por los gases calientes a medida que se desplazan hacia arriba por el segundo elemento tubular, el materialdefitración granular entra en el extremo del fondo del segundo elemento tubular a través del espacio entre los elementos tubulares primero y segundo, sale por el extremo superior del segundo elemento tubular y cae fuera del segundo elemento tubular y hacia la parte inferior cónica de la cámara de filtración para, eventualmente, volver a circular y ser fluidizado por los gases calientes.
