Abstract

Un dispositivo de centrifugado axial (1) para producir lana mineral (8), que comprende uno o varios, generalmente cuatro, cilindros rotativos en cascada (3), cada uno de los cuales genera una fuerza centrífuga, unas toberas de soplado (6) que generan un flujo de aire axial (12) a lo largo de las superficies exteriores de los cilindros rotativos y una parrilla de acumulación (2), caracterizado porque el frente de por lo menos uno de los cilindros rotativos (3) está conformado de manera que forma un soplante que produce un flujo de aire radial adicional (13) y un contra flujo de aire axial (5) dirigido hacia atrás.
