Abstract

Dispositivo de utilización de una estructura paralela (S) del tipo de las que se encargan del posicionamiento y el desplazamiento de un órgano móvil (100) que incluye al menos un elemento fijo, al menos un órgano móvil (100) y al menos tres accionadores (200) que incluyen cada uno una parte fija (210) y una parte móvil (220), estando la parte fija (210) de cada accionador (200) unida al elemento fijo, y la parte móvil (220) de cada accionador (200) unida al órgano móvil (100) mediante un elemento de enlace (300), estando instalado cada uno de los elementos de enlace (300) en articulación por una parte con la parte móvil (220) del accionador (200) y por otra parte con el órgano móvil (100); y del tipo de las que tienen el conjunto dispuesto de manera que la inclinación y la orientación en el espacio del órgano móvil (100) permanecen inmutables, cualquiera que sean los movimientos de las partes móviles (220) de los accionadores (200), de manera que constituyen un paralelogramo deformable, alestar formado el órgano móvil (100) por una fundasoporte (110) de un husillo portaútiles (111), y al estar dicha estructura paralela (S) de manera que el eje del husillo (111) sea horizontal; dicho dispositivo incluye un medio de nivelación (M) que se compone de un módulo de guía (400) de dicha funda-soporte (110) según un eje horizontal asociado a un módulo de apoyo (500) formado por un gato (510) que, autorizando el desplazamiento de dicho módulo de guía (400) por un plano vertical perpendicular al eje del husillo (111) y autorizando los movimientos rectilíneos de dicha fundasoporte (110) según los ejes X, Y y Z, sostiene el conjunto de funda-soporte (110), husillo (111) y herramienta, de manera que el peso de este último no se cargue sobre dicha estructura paralela (S).
