Abstract

Un procedimiento para realizar una Compensación de Error Estático en máquinas, particularmente máquinas herramienta controladas numéricamente, que comprende las siguientes operaciones: a. conectar un dispositivo láser (5) de medición a un dispositivo de control (3) de una máquina (1) controlada numéricamente; b. posicionar un reflector (7) de dicho dispositivo láser (5) de medición en un punto cuya distancia absoluta es conocida, siendo llamado dicho punto, punto 0 para medidas, y enviar automáticamente el punto 0 de dicha máquina (1) desde dicho dispositivo de control (3) a dicho dispositivo láser (5) de medición; c. enviar una orden para tomar un punto de medida de dicha máquina (1) a partir de dicho dispositivo de control (3) a dicho dispositivo láser (5) de medición; d. detectar automáticamente dicho punto de medida por dicho dispositivo láser (5) de medida después de n veces a partir de las cuales no han ocurrido variaciones de dicho punto; e. enviar datos relativos a dicho punto de dicha máquina (1) detectado por dicho dispositivo láser (5) de medición a dicho dispositivo de control (3); f. repetir las operaciones previas desde c) a e) para m puntos de medida; g. producir un modelo de errores estáticos de dicha máquina (1) controlada numéricamente; y h. ejecutar una compensación de Error Estático (SEC) dependiendo de dicho modelo producido, en el que dicha operación (g) para producir un modelo comprende las siguientes operaciones: g1. determinar los tamaños de pequeños cubos complementarios (elementos de volumen = voxels) mediante un procedimiento basado en técnicas de FFT que determinan el tamaño de voxel mínimo con el que la operación geométrica.
