Abstract

Sistema automatizado de empuje de tableros para la construcción de puentes. El sistema está previsto para realizar de manera automatizada el empuje de puentes, y más concretamente las dovelas (12) para la construcción de puentes, sistema en el que los medios de empuje están constituidos por unos gatos hidráulicos (10) fijados por una parte a un soporte (8) en el que se fija la estructura (tablero) a empujar y desplazar, mientras que por otra parte esos gatos hidráulicos (10), y concretamente sus vástagos (10''), están articulados a un balancín (9) que, al igual que el soporte (8), se ancla y desliza alternativamente respecto de una barra de tracción (1) montada entre dos apoyos o estribos extremos, uno anterior y otro posterior, todo ello gobernado mediante un sistema de control electrónico que posibilita la realización de los ciclos de empuje. El sistema es aplicable tanto en el empuje de tableros de hormigón pretensado como metálicos o mixtos, ejecutándose dichos tableros "in situ", en unainstalación o parque establecido al efecto por detrás del estribo posterior, siendo cada tablero empujado hacia delante y con ello todo el puente construido hasta el momento.
