Abstract

Nuevo procedimiento para la preparación de ácidos bis(2- hidroxiaril) aminoacéticos utilizando agentes de transferencia de cianuro. La presente invención consiste en un nuevo procedimiento para sintetizar ácidos bis(2-hidroxiaril) aminoacéticos con alto grado de pureza y buen rendimiento. Estos compuestos pueden ser utilizados como ligandos para la obtención de quelatos de hierro, de gran interés por su aplicación en agricultura como fertilizantes de micronutrientes. El procedimiento se basa en la utilización del cianuro de trimetilsililo (TMSCN) en una modificación de la síntesis de Strecker. Por su elevado grado de pureza, los ligandos obtenidos por este procedimiento, se pueden utilizar como patrones para el análisis y cuantificación de quelatos comerciales.
