Abstract

Sistema óptico de control de cierre en envases metálicos. Aplicable a envases metálicos tipo bote (1) o lata, el sistema utiliza una cámara de visión (2) única, de resolución moderada, cuyo eje óptico (3) resulta en un momento coincidente con el eje geométrico del bote (1), colaborando con dicha cámara (2) un anillo de reflexión (5) de diámetro considerablemente mayor que el del bote (1) situado por encima de él y con un plano de reflexión (6) de inclinación adecuada, mientras que por encima de él se establece otro anillo de iluminación (7), de diámetro ligeramente mayor, con una alineación circunferencial de leds (8), que iluminan el aro de cierre de la tapa (4) del bote (1), de manera que la iluminación del citado aro de cierre y sus zonas marginales resulta homogénea y todos los puntos externos de dicho aro presentan la misma distancia focal con respecto a la cámara (2), lo que permite detectar defectos consistentes en falta de apriete sobre el aro de cierre, sobrantes de material en elmismo o perforaciones o roturas de la tapa.
