PROCEDIMIENTO, APARATO Y PLANTA PARA LA ESTERILIZACION Y/O TRATAMIENTO POR CALOR DE PRODUCTOS EN FORMA DE PARTICULAS, POR EJEMPLO HARINA DE HUESOS, PRODUCTO QUE SE INTRODUCE EN LOTES EN UN RECIPIENTE A PRESION DISPUESTO BASICAMENTE HORIZONTAL, DEPOSITO A PRESION QUE ESTA DISPUESTO PARA GIRAR Y DISPONE EN EL INTERIOR UN SISTEMA DE PALETAS HELICOIDALES INCORPORADAS A LO LARGO DE LA PARED/CAMISA INTERIOR DEL DEPOSITO A PRESION. ESTE DEPOSITO (5) ES CERRADO, SE EVACUA AL AIRE Y SE CALIENTE, CALENTAMIENTO QUE ES EFECTUADO SUMINISTRANDO CALOR A LA CAMISA DEL DEPOSITO (4) Y POSIBLEMENTE TAMBIEN SUMINISTRANDO VAPOR A PRESION AL INTERIOR DEL DEPOSITO.
