Abstract
Nuevos 17{al}-fluoroalquilesteroides tienen fórmula general (I), en la que R{sup,1} representa un grupo metilo o etilo; R{sup,2} representa un radical de fórmula C{sub,n}F{sub,m}H{sub,o}, en la que n es igual a 2, 3, 4, 5 ó 6, m>1 y m+o = 2n+1; R{sup,3} representa un grupo hidroxi libre, eterificado o esterificado; R{sup,4} y R{sup,5} representan cada uno un átomo de hidrógeno, o forman conjuntamente un enlace adicional o un grupo metileno; St representa un sistema de anillo esteroideo ABC de fórmulas parciales (A), (B) o (C), en las que R{sup,6} representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C{sub,1-4} de cadena lineal o alquilo C{sub,3-4} de cadena ramificada, o un átomo de halógeno; R{sup,7} representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C{sub,1-4} de cadena lineal o alquilo C{sub,3-4} de cadena ramificada o, cuando St representa un sistema de anillo esteroideo ABC de fórmulas (A) o (B), R{sup,6} y R{sup,7} pueden formar conjuntamente un enlace adicional; X representa un átomo deoxígeno, un grupo hidroxiimino =N~OH o dos átomos de hidrógeno; R{sup,8} representa un radical Y o un radical arilo sustituido opcionalmente varias veces con un grupo Y, en el que Y representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo -OH, -NO{sub,2}, -N{sub,3}, -CN, - NR{sup,9a}R{sup,9b}, -NHSO{sub,2}R{sup,9}, -CO{sub,2}R{sup,9}, alquilo C{sub,1-10}, alcoxi C{sub,1-10}, alcanoil {(}C{sub,1-10}{oxi, benzoiloxi, alcanoílo C{sub,1-10}, hidroxialquilo C{sub,1-10} o benzoílo, y R{sup,9a} y R{sup,9b} son iguales o diferentes y, como R{sup,9}, representan un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C{sub,1-10}. Se describen también las sales fisiológicamente aceptables de estos esteroides con ácidos, cuando contienen los radicales NR{sup,9a}R{sup,9b}, y sus sales fisiológicamente aceptables con bases, cuando contienen los radicales -CO{sub,2}R{sup,9}, en el que R{sup,9} representa hidrógeno. Estos nuevos compuestos presentan una actividad antigestagénica extraordinariamente fuerte y son adecuados para la preparación de composiciones farmacéuticas.
