Abstract
Procedimiento para la determinación automática de la alcalinidad de uno o de varios baños de limpieza que contienen tensioactivos a través de la reacción de ácido-base con un ácido, donde, controlado por programa, utilizando un dispositivo de medición adecuado, a) se toma una muestra en un bano de limpieza con un volumen predeterminado, b) si se desea, se libera la muestra de substancias sólidas, c) se elige si debe determinarse la alcalinidad libre y/o la alcalinidad total, d) se titula la muestra a través de la adición de un ácido o se coloca un ácido y se titula éste con la muestra, e) se emite el resultado de la titulación y/o se memoriza en un soporte de datos y/o se utiliza como base para otras evaluaciones y, en el caso de que no se alcance un valor mínimo predeterminado de la alcalinidad o, a solicitud, se activa un dispositivo, que dosifica uno o varios componentes complementarios en el bano de limpieza.
