Abstract

Procedimiento para el barnizado multicapa por aplicación de una o varias capas de cargas y/o varias capas de agente de recubrimiento sobre un substrato eventualmente recubierto previamente, seguido de la aplicación de una capa de pintura protectora constituida por una estructura de pintura base/pintura transparente o de una pintura protectora monocapa pigmentada, donde al menos una de las capas de la estructura multicapa está producida a partir de un agente de recubrimiento al menos parcialmente endurecible mediante energía de alta radiación, caracterizado porque tras la aplicación del agente(s) de recubrimiento al menos parcialmente endurecible por radiación rica en energía, tiene lugar una irradiación con radiación IR y a continuación una irradiación con radiación rica en energía, donde la irradiación con radiación IR puede solaparse con la siguiente irradiación con radiación de alta energía.
