Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de óxido de cinc con aditivos para la fabricación de cerámicas no óhmicas. Describe un procedimiento que permite obtener polvo cerámico basado en óxido en cinc para la fabricación de materiales cerámicos no óhmicos. El control de los compuestos intermedios a través de los parámetros de la precipitación, permite obtener aglomerados esféricos de nanopartículas de ZnO y un tratamiento térmico posterior. Las partículas de ZnO obtenidas se suspenden en una disolución acuosa, y en ciertas condiciones de pH, se precipitan sobre ellas bismuto, antimonio, manganeso como aditivos principales. Posteriormente el polvo se somete a un tratamiento térmico y finalmente, mediante un proceso de turbinado a alta velocidad en medio acuoso, se incorporan otros aditivos como Co, Nb, Sn, Ni, Cr, Si, Al a partir de sus respectivos óxidos con tamaño de partícula submicrónico.
