LA INVENCION SE CARACTERIZA DE TAL MODO, QUE EL AIRE DE EVACUACION SE SOMETE A RADIACION EN UN PRIMER TRAMO DEL CANAL DE CONDUCCION DE AIRE BAJO RADIACION UV-C DE UNA LONGITUD DE ONDA POR DEBAJO DE 300 NM, QUE EFECTUA UNA REACCION DEL HIDROCARBURO SOBRE LOS NIVELES ENERGETICOS ALTOS Y ADEMAS SE APLICA UNA RADIACION UV-C DE UNA LONGITUD DE ONDA DE APROXIMADAMENTE 185 NM, QUE EFECTUA ADICIONALMENTE UNA FORMACION DE OZONO, A PARTIR DE OXIGENO MOLECULAR Y RADICALES DE OZONO. SE CONSIGUE UNA OXIDACION PARCIAL DE LAS MOLECULAS DE HIDROCARBURO EN FASE GASEOSA Y DE FORMA QUE EN UN SEGUNDO TRAMO DEL CANAL DE CONDUCCION DE AIRE EXISTENTE A CONTINUACION SE REALIZA UNA OXIDACION CATALITICA DE LAS MOLECULAS DE HIDROCARBURO EN LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DE UN CATALIZADOR CONFIGURADO MEDIANTE MATERIAL SOPORTE POROS, DE TAL FORMA QUE SE ABSORBEN LAS MOLECULAS DE HIDROCARBURO, A CONTINUACION SE OXIDAN SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE ACTIVA MEDIANTE EL OZONO CONFIGURADO ADICIONALMENTE Y SE ELIMINA COMO PRODUCTOS DE REACCION A PARTIR DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL CATALIZADOR EN FORMA H{SUB,2}O Y CO{SUB,2}.
