SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO PARA LA MANIPULACION DE PESCADO, EN PARTICULAR DE PESCADO DE CRIADEROS, DESDE SU SUMINISTRO HASTA LA LIMPIEZA DEL MISMO, SEGUN EL CUAL SE LLEVA AL PESCADO/SE LE ESTIMULA PARA QUE SE MUEVA EN LA DIRECCION DESEADA A BASE DE EXPLOTAR SUS INSTINTOS NATURALES PARA REDUCIR ASI EL ESFUERZO.
