Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a un procedimiento para aplicar un recubrimiento inorgánico en un cuerpo conductor de la electricidad, particularmente en una pieza de trabajo metálica, implicando dicho procedimiento condiciones de temperatura controlada de forma precisa con pequeños cambios de temperatura y una operación económica y de ahorro de energía. Este procedimiento se caracteriza porque primero implica la preparación del cuerpo. Después, el cuerpo opcionalmente se desengrasa y/o se pretrata químicamente y/o por chorro de arena. Posteriormente, se aplica un medio de recubrimiento al cuerpo sobre al menos la superficie específica superior que se desea recubrir. Después, se calienta por inducción al menos la superficie específica superior del cuerpo a recubrir antes y/o durante y/o después de llevar el medio de recubrimiento a la temperatura de reacción. Finalmente, el medio de recubrimiento se hace reaccionar completamente para formar el recubrimiento, tras lo cual se enfría el cuerpo.
