LA INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE ALCOHOLES GRASOS INSATURADOS A PARTIR DE ACEITES LAURICOS. PARTIENDO DE LAS DESVENTAJAS DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS CONOCIDOS EN LA PREPARACION DE ALCOHOLES GRASOS INSATURADOS A PARTIR DE ACEITES LAURICOS, SE DEBE CREAR UN PROCEDIMIENTO, QUE SE CARACTERICE POR UNA MANERA ECONOMICA DE TRABAJAR, Y EN EL CUAL SE PUEDA RENUNCIAR A LA ETAPA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO DE UNA SEPARACION CON LIGANTES, SIN EFECTOS DESVENTAJOSOS EN LA CALIDAD DEL PRODUCTO FINAL.
