Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de harina de hoja de morera, preferentemente de la especie Morus alba L. o de Morus rubra, mediante los pasos de recolecta, deshidratación, trituración y granulación o extrusión; obtención de un pienso compuesto para alimentación animal a partir de harina de hoja de morera, incorporando además otros ingredientes tales como harina de cereales, de pescado o de soja, subproductos de cereales, oleínas, fosfato bicálcico, carbonato cálcico, sal común, vitaminas y minerales.
