Abstract

Borna de conexión o borna de unión (10) sin tornillos para los conductores eléctricos, la cual está provistade: Un bastidor de contacto (11), que comprende un perfil en U (13) con un nervio en U (14) y unos brazos en U (15), que se extienden de forma paralela entre si; así como provista de; Un resorte de sujeción (12), que actúa en conjunto con el bastidor de contacto (11) y que posee un nervio de resorte de sujeción (19) así como unos brazos de resorte (22) y cuyo nervio de resorte de sujeción (19) se encuentra unido con el perfil en U (13) del bastidor de contacto (11), mientras que los brazos de resorte (22) de este resorte están puestos a tope con sus bordes de sujeción en unos puntos de apoyo del bastidor de contacto (11); borna de conexión ésta que está caracterizada porque: Uno o bien los dos brazos en U (15) del perfil en U (13) del bastidor de contacto (11) poseen vistos en la dirección longitudinal de los mismos unos respectivos apéndices (16) que, por uno o por los dos lados frontales, sobresalen del nervio en U (14) del perfil en U (13) y que desde el nervio en U (14) y desde los brazos en U (15) del perfil en U (13) están doblados en dirección hacia fuera, estando estos apéndices (16) dispuestos dentro de un plano, que está situado de forma paralela al nervio en U (14); Por los lados longitudinales del nervio de sujeción (19) del resorte de sujeción (12) está previsto un respectivo brazo (20), que se extiende del nervio (19) del resorte de sujeción en dirección hacia fuera, y por los extremos libres de los dos brazos (20) están recortados uno o dos respectivos brazos de resorte (22) que a través de un correspondiente borde de dobladura (21) están unidos con los brazos (20) y están doblados de éstos últimos en ángulo recto hacia fuera; en este caso, los extremos libres de los brazos de resorte (22) están dirigidos hacia el nervio de sujeción (19) del resorte de sujeción (12); así como caracterizada porque: El resorte de sujeción (12) está dispuesto de tal maneraen el bastidor de contacto (11), que los bordes longitudinales del nervio (19) del resorte de sujeción (12) se extiendan de forma paralela a la dirección longitudinal del bastidor de contacto (11) y que este nervio (19) del resorte de sujeción (12) ataque por medio de los dos brazos en U (15) del perfil en U (13) del bastidor de contacto (11) en éste último, por todo lo cual queda constituido un bastidor de contacto de una forma cerrada y muy robusta; en este caso, cada uno de los apéndices (16) posee una superficie interior, que indica hacia el respectivo apéndice (16) previsto por el otro lado frontal del correspondiente brazo en U (15), y los brazos de resorte (22) del resorte de sujeción (12) están dispuestos por el lado interior del respectivo apéndice (16) del bastidor de contacto (11), constituyendo estos apéndices (16) los puntos de apoyo para los bordes de sujeción de los brazos de resorte (22).
