Abstract
Procedimiento para procesar una pieza de metal por recalco en un dispositivo de recalco, que contiene un dispositivo de sujeción, una estampa y un martillo de recalco, caracterizado por los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: a) empotrar la pieza de metal en el dispositivo de sujeción, formando una cámara de recalco en la estampa, empotrándose la pieza fuera de la cámara de, recalco de tal manera que las fuerzas de recalco son absorbidas directamente por el medio circundante; b) aplicar un martillo de recalco a la pieza de metal de tal manera que, cuando se aplica una fuerza a la misma, el material de la pieza de metal puede penetrar en la cámara de recalco; c) tensar previamente la pieza de metal sujetada ejerciendo presión en el martillo de recalco, de tal manera que la tensión mecánica se encuentra dentro del intervalo elástico (de Hooke); d) ejercer un impulso por medio del martillo de recalco en la pieza de metal, con lo cual el material de la pieza de metal se transfiere del intervaloelástico al intervalo fluyente, mediante lo cual el material se puede desviar a la cámara de recalco, el martillo de recalco se puede mover hacia adelante y la presión cede al material hasta la tensión previa, y puede volver una vez más al intervalo elástico; y e) repetir periódicamente los pasos c) y d) hasta que se ha completado el procedimiento de recalco.
