Abstract

Dispositivo de accionamiento de las agujas de máquinas de tejer. Cuenta con un elemento piezoeléctrico (1) cuyo extremo posterior está previsto en un alojamiento (5) y su otro extremo está relacionado a una leva (12) que articula en un eje (13); incluyendo entre los extremos un medio de guiado (8) de forma que al aplicar un voltaje al elemento piezoeléctrico (1) se produce la oscilación de la leva (12) que acciona la aguja de la máquina de tejer. Se caracteriza porque el alojamiento (5) tiene una sección transversal cónica y porque los medios de guiado previstos entre los extremos del elemento piezoeléctrico son apoyos elásticos, reduciéndose las fricciones. El elemento piezoeléctrico (1) cuenta con un soporte (3) determinado por un material de espesor muy fino, aumentando el rendimiento. El alojamiento (5) está previsto en un soporte (6) que está unido al bastidor (15) que incluye un tornillo excéntrico (18) para realizar la correcta alineación del elemento piezoeléctrico (1), en el montaje. Se ha mejorado la leva (12) y la pieza (9) de unión al elemento piezoeléctrico (1) consiguiéndose una mayor velocidad de oscilación.
