Abstract

Mecanismo para devanado de un rollo alámbrico alojado en un envase. Específicamente concebido para alambres endurecidos, que hasta la fecha requieren de una torsión inversa durante la fase de confección del correspondiente rollo, para compensar la torsión que se produce en el devanado del mismo, está estructurado mediante una plataforma fija (5), dotada de un amplio orificio circular y central (6), bajo la que se establece una plataforma móvil (7), capacitada para girar libremente sobre la plataforma fija (5) y enfrentada al orificio (6) de ésta última, estableciéndose sobre la plataforma móvil (7) una pareja de ruedas (11) y (12) que presionan y guían el cable (18) en su salida y que se ven forzadas a girar por el propio desplazamiento longitudinal del cable, transmitiendo una de dichas ruedas (11) su movimiento giratorio a un piñón (15) que engrana en una cremallera circunferencial (16) de la plataforma fija (5), de manera que el desplazamiento longitudinal del alambre (18) provoca un movimiento giratorio de la plataforma móvil (7) que genera en el propio alambre (18) un efecto de torsión contrario a la torsión natural que se produce durante el devanado del mismo.
