Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un manto vegetal de césped o similar y manto vegetal obtenido con el mismo. El procedimiento comprende: disponer sobre una superficie no porosa un soporte laminar reticular flexible, distribuir sobre el soporte la semilla correspondiente a la vegetación a obtener, cubrir el soporte con un sustrato de cultivo orgánico, mantener en el sustrato unas condiciones de humedad que aseguren la germinación, enraizamiento y crecimiento de la vegetación hasta formar un manto vegetal, y separar dicho manto de la superficie no porosa, para su transplante sobre la superficie a cubrir. El manto vegetal comprende una capa de sustrato de cultivo y una lámina reticular flexible, preferentemente de naturaleza biodegradable, que actúa como armadura soporte.
