Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para la separación unitaria de las planchas de vidrio en apilamientos. El procedimiento consiste en romper el vacío que se produce entre las planchas de vidrio superpuestas en un apilamiento, para conseguir que en el traccionado que se realiza desde la primera plancha (2) para retirada de ésta, no se produzca el arrastre de la siguiente plancha (2''). La rotura del vacío se efectúa mediante doblado o deformación de la plancha (2) a retirar, utilizando para ello unas ventosas auxiliares (4) de gran poder de succión, que se colocan en correspondencia con zonas próximas a los laterales del apilamiento (1), de manera que mientras actúan tales ventosas auxiliares (4) se mantienen inactivas las respectivas ventosas principales (3), mediante las que se realizará posteriormente el traccionado y correspondiente retirada unitaria de dicha primera plancha (2) respecto de la pila (1) en la que se encuentre.
