Abstract

Endoprótesis del muñón del muslo para un tratamiento exoprotésico de un paciente, al que se le ha amputado la pierna en la zona del muslo, pudiéndose introducir el muñón (1) del muslo en una caña (2), a continuación del cual está situada una reproducción de la parte (3) de la prótesis para la articulación de la rodilla, para la pierna y para el pie, teniendo una pieza proximal (4) con forma de asta, que se puede introducir en un muñón (5) del fémur, estando la pieza (4) con forma de asta cubierta por lo menos parcialmente con una estructura (6) con volumen tridimensional del tipo de red de malla abierta, caracterizada porque la pieza con forma de asta tiene en su extremo distal un adaptador cónico (7), por medio del cual está acoplada a la pieza (4) con forma de asta una pieza sustitutoria (8) del cóndilo, que reproduce la forma (11) del cóndilo natural de una articulación de la rodilla.
