Abstract

Secadero neumático para orujo de aceituna con alto grado de humedad que presenta una batidora mezcladora donde se mezcla orujo húmedo con pulpa de orujo seca, pasando la mezcla a una segunda mezclación donde se disgrega la pulpa del hueso. La mezcla es conducida por un conducto difusor de aire a presión generado por un compresor hasta la entrada de conducto de secado, donde es impulsada por una corriente de aire caliente suministrada por un ventilador y acelerada por un venturi, efectuándose el secado y la separación del hueso y de la pulpa seca mediante cambios de dirección y de sección del conducto de secado, y dos ciclones. La pulpa seca, producto del secado, es utilizable en parte para ser mezclada con el orujo húmedo a la entrada del ciclo.
