EL PEPTIDO RAS MUTANTE TIENE IMPLICACIONES PARA INMUNOTERAPIAS, TANTO ACTIVAS COMO PASIVAS, DE PACIENTES DE CARCINOMAS SELECCIONADOS. SE IDENTIFICO UN PEPTIDO 10 MERO ENCAJADO [ES DECIR, EL RAS5-14(ASP 12)], QUE SE DEMOSTRO QUE SE AGLUTINABA A HLA-A2 Y MOSTRABA UNA CAPACIDAD FUNCIONAL ESPECIFICA PARA EXPANSION DE LOS PRECURSORES DEL CTL CD8 + INICIADOS IN VIVO.
