Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar un producto precursor de medicamento fluido, listo para comprimir, en el que se humedece material de droga vegetal desecado junto con los aditivos, portadores y/o coadyuvantes deseados, en una instalación de secado al vacío, con agua o una mezcla de agua/disolvente en una cantidad del 1% hasta el 5%, presentando la instalación de secado al vacío un dispositivo agitador de varios brazos con accionamiento propio que se extiende a través de una cámara cilíndrica de mezclado y secado, y se seca la mezcla húmeda a una temperatura de la camisa exterior del aparato de 20º C hasta 50º C, a una temperatura del producto de 20º C hasta 45º C y a una presión de 20 hasta 500 mbar, para obtener el producto precursor.
