Abstract

Dispositivo de empalme estanco de tubos para el transporte de fluido, por ejemplo para aducción de agua, en el cual por una parte, cada tubo (2) está provisto de una extremidad cilíndrica macho (B) y de una extremidad hembra (A) en forma de tulipán (1) apta a recibir la extremidad macho (B) de otro tubo aprisionando una junta (6), y en el cual, por otra parte, el tulipán (1) comprende una parte cilíndrica (3) apta a recibir la extremidad cilíndrica macho (B) de otro tubo y está prolongada hacia su extremidad por un collarín troncocónico (7) que va ensanchándose, mientras que la tubuladura macho (B) está rodeada por un anillo (8) bicónico fijado sobre ella y presentando en frente del collarín (7) del tulipán un flanco troncocónico inclinado (8a) limitando la introducción longitudinal del tulipán, siendo dicho flanco (8a)más largo que el collarín (7) para formar, después de encajamiento, una zona de depósito de la cola o de la soldadura asegurando el bloqueo positivo en traslación longitudinal de los dos tubos, caracterizado porque el tulipán (1) es solidario a una junta de estanqueidad (6) dispuesta en una garganta (5) practicada en este tulipán entre el collarín troncocónico (7) y la parte cilíndrica (3) apta a recibir la extremidad cilíndrica macho, mientras que el anillo (8) rodeando la extremidad macho (B) está unido al tubo (2) por encoladura o soldadura de sus dos bordes circulares, y que su flanco troncocónico (8a) tiene la misma conicidad que la del collarín (7) para formar, al final del encajamiento, cono de posicionamiento radial de los dos elementos.
