Abstract
Procedimiento para suprimir la radiactividad de una pieza metálica, eliminando una capa de óxido de la pieza metálica con una solución descontaminante, caracterizado porque al eliminar uno o varios agentes de efecto oxidante de la solución descontaminante se reduce su potencial redox y también el potencial de corrosión del metal que constituye la pieza, con lo cual se desprende una capa del metal.
