UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PRODUCCION DE UN NITRILO INSATURADO, COMO ACRILONITRILO O METACRILONITRILO, MEDIANTE AMOXIDACION DE UN COMPUESTO ORGANICO, COMO PROPILENO, ISOBUTENO O BUTANOL TERCIARIO. DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN LLEVAR A CABO LA AMOXIDACION, CONTROLANDO SIMULTANEAMENTE LA RELACION ACIDO ORGANICO/AMONIACO QUE NO HA REACCIONADO, EN UN PRODUCTO GASEOSO DE AMOXIDACION EN UN REACTOR, DE FORMA QUE DICHA RELACION SE MANTENGA ENTRE 0,8-3,0; INTRODUCIR EL PRODUCTO GASEOSO DE AMOXIDACION EN UNA TORRE DE ENFRIAMIENTO, Y HACIENDO REACCIONAR EN DICHA TORRE, EL AMONIACO QUE NO HA REACCIONADO, CON EL ACIDO ORGANICO PRODUCIDO EN UN REACTOR, PARA FIJAR DICHO AMONIACO COMO SAL DE AMONIO DEL ACIDO ORGANICO.
