Abstract
Un sistema de carga para hornos (11) de arco eléctrico que incluyen al menos un techo (11a) con al menos un "cuarto agujero" que puede estar conectado a un conducto para descargar los humos (22) asociados en el extremo con una cubierta (23) hermética al aire, para cerrar temporalmente al menos un elemento de carga (16) que contiene chatarra, la parte de abajo del elemento de carga (16) es capaz de ser abierto al menos parcialmente, comprendiendo el sistema un dispositivo de recogida y movimiento (15) equipado con al menos un brazo manipulador (17) rotatorio, cooperando directamente el elemento de carga (16), dispuesto en la estación de precalentamiento (20b), con medios para transportar los humos desde el horno (11) y con medios de cierre temporal (23) herméticos al aire, estando configurado el elemento de carga (16) como un recipiente o cesta (12, 112, 212) dispuesto de manera que se puede retirar suspendido sobre elementos agarradores (17a, 17b) del brazo manipulador (17), estando dispuesto el recipiente o cesta (12, 112, 212) en la estación de precalentamiento (20b) por encima y en cooperación directa con una cámara de combustión (21) en la que los humos de precalentamiento pasan y se queman parcialmente después de haber pasado a través del recipiente o cesta (12) por la chatarra de arriba a abajo, siendo capaz la cubierta (23) hermética al aire del recipiente o cesta (12) de ser retirado verticalmente y a rotación, y estando conectada directamente de manera temporal con el conducto (22) de descarga de humos desde el cuarto agujero del horno (11), por medios de conducto al menos parcialmente coaxiales con el eje de rotación.
