Abstract

Polea para correas en forma de V que comprende una llanta exterior (2) provista de por lo menos una ranura (7) orientada hacia el exterior para alojar correas en forma de V obtenida a través de un proceso de torneado, presentando dicha ranura (7) un fondo (9) dotado de una pluralidad de aberturas radiales pasantes (8) y espaciadas circunferencialmente entre sí, que se extienden hacia la superficie encarada hacia el interior (4) de la llanta, caracterizada porque dicha polea se obtiene por fundición con una llanta que tiene una superficie orientada hacia el interior (4) dotada de una pluralidad de rebajes radiales (5) espaciados circunferencialmente entre sí que tienen una profundidad tal que el fondo de dichos rebajes en sentido radial se encuentra más allá del fondo de la ranura (7) para la correa en forma de V, de tal modo que se forman aberturas radiales pasantes (8) por el giro de la misma.
