Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de composiciones reactivas de esmalte en polvo mediante la expansión de una solución a la que se le ha añadido uno de los compuestos inertes representados por el dióxido de carbono, el óxido de dinitrógeno, el amoníaco, el nitrógeno, los gases nobles, el hexafluoruro de azufre, el clorotrifluorometano, el monofluorometano, el trifluoromonofluoretano, el trifluorometano, el metano, el etano, el propano, el n-butano, el i- butano, el n-pentano, el i-pentano, el eteno, el propeno, el buteno, el éter dimetílico, el éter dietílico, la dimetilamina, el metanol, el etanol, el isopropanol, la acetona, la metiletilcetona, la metilisopropilcetona, el éster etílico del ácido acético o cualquier mezcla de los elementos citados, caracterizado porque una o más resinas básicas y uno o más endurecedores para las resinas básicas, o una o más resinas básicas autoendurecedoras, así como, ensu caso, otros componentes habituales de los esmaltes, se licuan de forma conjunta o por separado mediante la aplicación de una técnica de calentamiento, y caracterizado también porque el compuesto inerte de bajo peso molecular se disuelve bajo presión en al menos uno de los componentes de las resinas básicas o de los endurecedores, ya sea antes de proceder a la unión con el resto de componentes o en la mezcla ya creada, a continuación de lo cual se procede a la homogeneización y expansión mediante enfriamiento de la mezcla total que incluye todos los componentes.
