Abstract

Un procedimiento de hilatura por vía húmeda para la producción contínua de una pluralidad de hilos sintéticos de características sustancialmente uniformes, que comprende las operaciones de hilar simultáneamente una pluralidad de hilos de filamentos múltiples, disponer dichos hilos lado a lado para formar una cinta de hilos situados en un plano, tratar dichos hilos en dicha disposición en una serie de zonas de tratamiento con líquido contiguas, conducir dicha cinta de hilos sobre una pluralidad de tabiques que se extienden a través de la trayectoria de dichos hilos, hacer pasar dicha cinta de hilos cerca de la superficie de la corriente de líquidos en dichas zonas de tratamientos, fluyendo los líquidos de tratamiento en un movimiento turbulento en contracorriente al movimiento de dichos hilos, con lo cual el efecto de tratamiento es incrementado y se acorta el camino de desplazamiento de dicha cinta de hilos, caracterizado por separar individualmente los hilos tratados en húmedo dedicha cinta situada en un plano después de la última zona de tratamiento en húmedo, secar contínua y separadamente los hilos separados bajo tensión, torcer continua y separadamente los hilos secos para formar una pluralidad de paquetes de hilo separados, siendo la velocidad de alimentación y la tensión de los hilos según son alimentados desde cada secador a su torcedora uniformes para todos los hilos, con lo cual se obtiene hilo de alto denier de gran tenacidad de características textiles uniformes.
