Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en la preparación d un compuesto impermeabilizantes y plastificantes para hormigón y materiales similares, caracterizadas porque los mismos consisten en una resina insoluble en nafta producida extrayendo resina de madera de pino con un disolvente de hidrocarburo tal como benzol, para formar un extracto preliminar que consiste, después de la evaporación del disolvente, en una mezcla de trementina, aceite de pino, colofonia, y la resina, separándose la trementina y el aceite de pino de la mezcla por destilación, después de lo cual se extrae la mezcla restante con un disolvente, por ejemplo, un hidrocarburo de petróleo o gasolina, el cual elimina la colofonia, dejando una sustancia resinosa de color oscuro que, cuando queda libre del exceso del disolvente, forma la resina de madera de pino.
