Abstract

Dispositivo de válvula de chapaleta destinado a ser montado en un conducto, una tubería o elemento análogo, posteriormente a la realización de este último, para regular la circulación de flúido en este último, dispositivo constituido, por una parte, por un cuerpo en forma de tapón (3) destinado a obturar, de manera sensiblemente estanca, el orificio de paso radial (4) dispuesto en la pared (2'') del conducto (2) para la instalación del cuerpo de válvula (5) en este último, integrando un cojinete (3'') para la guía en rotación de dicho cuerpo de válvula (5) y, por otra parte, por un conjunto de cuerpo de válvula (5)/eje de accionamiento (6) montado, con facultad de rotación, en uno de los extremos del eje (6), en el cojinete (3'') del tapón (3) y, en el otro extremo de dicho eje (6), en un alojamiento u orificio ciego (7), que forma o posee un cojinete o soporte adaptado, dispuesto en la pared (2'') del conducto (2) frente al orificio depaso (4), una cara exterior del tapón (3) orientada hacia el interior del conducto (2), configurada para permitir una conservación local de la sección de dicho conducto (2) y presentando el cuerpo de válvula (5) una forma adaptada a la sección de paso de dicho conducto (2) donde está montado.
