Abstract

Se conocen dispositivos para apilar papel alimentado en hojas u hojas de cartón (1) sobre palets (4), que tienen un transportador (2) verticalmente estacionario a una altura por encima del nivel de apilamiento máximo sobre el suelo, y una plataforma de almacenamiento (5), que puede ser elevada y bajada, sobre la que se forman las pilas. Un sensor óptico (17) que percibe el nivel de apilamiento está dispuesto en el lado de entrada, antes del área de apilamiento para controlar la bajada de la plataforma de almacenamiento (5). Según la invención, al menos tres sensores ópticos (17) están dispuestos por debajo del nivel del transportador, a una ligera distancia entre sí en línea vertical. La distancia vertical máxima entre los dos sensores (17) es de 20 mm. Al activar cualquiera de los dos sensores (17), se puede fijar la caída en altura de las hojas (1) dependiendo del tipo de hoja, y sin la necesidad de ajuste extensivo al cambiar el tipo de hoja.
