Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevas soluciones mejoradas de lentes de contacto, y a procedimientos que utilizan estas soluciones para tratar lentes de contacto para mejorar el confort durante su utilización. Ebn particular, la invención se refiere a soluciones de acondicionamiento que comprenden ciertos tensioactivos que contienen un copolímero de poli(oxialquileno) y que presenta un peso molecular entre 4000 y 30000. Estos tensioactivos se mantienen en la superficie de una lente durante periodos prolongados, ocasionando así una modificación de superficie que persiste en el ojo y aporta una mejora considerable de las propiedades de humidificación de una lente nueva llevada por primera vez, o incluso varias horas después de su colocación, lo que impide la sequedad de los tensiactivos y mejora su poder lubricante.
