Abstract

Procedimiento de construcción para vía permanente que utiliza un único proceso operativo, y que aplica compuestos de colada. La vía permanente tiene railes, llevado sobre unas traviesas de hormigón monobloque (2) con refuerzos de proyección, que están empotrados en un compuesto de colada. Los railes están alineados directamente mediante una capa portadora hidráulicamente sujeta (1), con, si fuese necesario, el añadido de un refuerzo de soporte (7), que está conectado a los refuerzos de traviesa (8). El compuesto de colada (17) se aplica directamente a la capa portadora, preferentemente utilizando encofrado lateral móvil, o amovible (15).
