Abstract

Procedimiento para el lacado con material en polvo sobre un sustrato (1, 5), en especial sobre un sustrato (1, 5) sensible a la temperatura, como madera, material de fibras de madera, plástico, caucho, tejido, papel o cartón, en el que se aplica un polvo termorreactivo como capa de fondo o imprimación (2, 6) sobre la superficie del sustrato (1, 5) todavía no recubierta, y se calienta el polvo continuamente hasta la temperatura de reticulación por medio de radiación con rayos infrarrojos, por lo menos con parte de radiación en el campo de los rayos infrarrojos próximos, y de este modo se consigue el endurecimiento de la capa de pintura, o bien se calienta continuamente hasta la temperatura de gelificación y sólo en una operación posterior del proceso se realiza la reticulación de acabado y el endurecimiento, caracterizado porque la capa de polvo (2, 6, 3) es sometida a radiación durante un tiempo no más largo de 12 segundos entotal, pero en especial durante no más de 8 segundos, hasta alcanzar el endurecimiento de acabado final.
