Abstract
Procedimiento no terapéutico para ahuyentar parásitos de animales de sangre caliente, caracterizado porque un compuesto de fórmula (I): **(Ver fórmula)** o sus sales de adición de ácido, en donde: R es hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono o -C(O)-R8 en donde R8 es alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, fenilo insubstituido o fenilo que está substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, alcoxi, amino o nitro; R1 es hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, -C(O)-R3, -C(S)-R4, C(O)-O-R5-, -(O)-NH-R6 o -C(S)-NH-R7; en donde R3, R4, R5, R6 y R7 independientemente unos de otros, significan alquilo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, acetoxi, haloalquilo de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono o haloalcoxi de 1 a 10 átomos de carbono, o independientemente unos de otros representan fenilo insubstituidoo fenilo que está substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, alcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, amino, CHO o nitro; R2 y R3, independientemente uno del otro, son hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, amino, arilo o nitro; Ra es hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono insubstituido o alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono que está substituido una o muchas veces por halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, alcoxi, nitro, fenilo, bifenilo, benciloxi o fenoxifenilo, en donde cada fenilo, bifenilo, benciloxi o fenoxifenilo a su vez está insubstituido o substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, amino o nitro; o representa cicloalquilo de 3 a 8 átomos de carbono, fenilo, bifenilo, fenoxifenilo o heterociclilo, en donde cada uno de estos radicales cíclicos está insubstituido o substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, amino, (alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono)2N, acetilo o nitro; o representa alquilen(1 a 6 átomos de carbono)arilo en donde el radical arilo está insubstituido o substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo o nitro; o representa alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono que, dependiendo del número de átomos de carbono, está interrumpido por oxígeno en una o varias posiciones; y Rb significa hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, heterociclilo o arilo, en donde cada uno de los radicales cíclicos está insubstituido o substituido una o muchas veces por alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, halógeno, ciano, hidroxilo, alcoxi de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono, amino, (alquilo de 1 a 3 átomos de carbono)2N o nitro; se aplica tópicamente, junto con un aditivo extensor, a la piel, al pelo o al plumaje del animal de sangre caliente.
