Abstract

Catalizador de lecho fijo de metal Raney, moldeado y activado, que se puede obtener por un procedimiento que comprende esencialmente las siguientes etapas: preparación de una mezcla de polvos que esencialmente constan de por lo menos una aleación para el catalizador y eventualmente por lo menos de un aglutinante, y de un humectante y, en caso necesario, de un aditivo, elegido del grupo constituido por un adyuvante para el moldeo, lubricante, plastificante, formador de poros y mezclas de los mismos, constando la citada aleación para el catalizador esencialmente por lo menos de un metal Raney industrial como metal catalíticamente activo para el catalizador, un componente de la aleación lixiviable y, en caso necesario, de un promotor, constando el citado aglutinante esencialmente de por lo menos un metal Raney industrial puro, homogeneización de la citada mezcla, moldeo de la citada mezcla, para obtener un precursor moldeado del catalizador, que todavía no está activado, calcinación del citadoprecursor moldeado del catalizador a una temperatura por debajo de 850°C, para producir un precursor sinterizado del catalizador y activación del citado precursor sinterizado del catalizador por lixiviación con un álcali del citado componente lixiviable de la aleación, hasta que la capa exterior lixiviada, y activada con ello, tenga un espesor regulable entre 0, 05 y 1 mm y, a continuación, lavado del catalizador definitivo; contaminación del catalizador citado con renio como promotor después de la activación citada, por introducción del citado catalizador en una solución de ácido perrénico o soluciones de otras sales de Re a lo largo de un periodo suficiente para fijar todo el renio sobre el catalizador o por adición del renio a la aleación sin activar o, eventualmente, por adición del renio al aglutinante.
