Abstract

The cigarette, which has less than (1) mg of tar, includes a filter which comprises, on the tobacco side, a paper filter (T1) with a very high resistance to drawing and a very high filtration coefficient. On the mouth side is a cellulose acetate filter (T3) with a very low resistance to drawing and a very low filtration coefficient. Aromatisation means able to recreate the tobacco taste are distributed along the filter section (3) in an aromatised zone (T2) located upstream of the acetate filter. A ventilation means (P) is arranged such that the ventilation air path inside the aromatic zone is shorter than the path of the smoke flow coming from the tobacco section (1).
