Abstract

la presente invención se refiere a una composición de catalizadores de gran actividad para la (co-)polimerización de etileno, opcionalmente con una alfaolefina de 3 a 10 átomos de carbono, que comprende un precursor de catalizador y un cocatalizador de organoaluminio. El precursor de catalizador se compone de un (i) material de soporte de sílice, que presenta entre 0,3 y 1,2 mmoles de grupos OH por gramo de sílice, (ii) un compuesto de dialquilmagnesio según la fórmula RMgR{sup,1} donde R y R{sup,1+} son grupos alquilo C{sub,2}-C{sub,12} similares o diferentes, según una cantidad comprendida entre 0,5 y 1,5 mmoles de dialquilmagnesio por gramo de sílice, (iii) un ortosilicato de tetraalquilo, en el que el grupo alquilo contiene entre y 6 átomos de carbono, según una cantidad comprendida entre 0,2 y 0,8 mmoles por gramo de sílice, (iv) un compuesto clorado (X) que presenta la fórmula R{sub,n}SiCI{sub,4-n}, donde cada R es similar o diferente, y representa hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo, y n esun número entero comprendido entre 0 y , según una cantidad comprendida entre 0,2 y 4 mmoles de X por gramo de sílice, y (v) un compuesto de titanio según una cantidad comprendida entre 0,3 y 1,5 mmoles por gramo de sílice.
